Oh! I love paella so much. The one with both fish and chicken. Valentiana, isn’t It?
Not sure if it´s from Valencia, my guess probably. But you can eat Paella both fish and chicken mixed in whatever region of here pretty much. I too love that mix. Now I´m going to eat, talking about it just makes me hungry.
Paella, yum!
That and Gazpacho, I can live out of those two for the whole of my life
